Are you a people person with a passion for great food and even greater service? Do you thrive in a bustling, fun atmosphere where your energy makes a real difference? We're on the hunt for enthusiastic and dedicated Service Team Members to join our team!

Jade Rabbit is a new fast-casual restaurant in Santa Monica, opening this summer! We celebrate Chinese-American food, which is a unique cross-pollination of Chinese and American cuisines built out of necessity, hard work, creativity, perseverance, and entrepreneurship of Chinese-American immigrants. Our focus is great food and a welcoming atmosphere.

We will offer our customers quick assembly-line style service, where they are able to select from our prepared bases, vegetables, proteins, desserts and beverages. They are able to create their own custom bowl or order items a la carte. As a part of our service team you can be assigned to the cashier, front service line, or the digital order fulfillment line.

Prior Experience (Bonus!): Previous experience in a fast-casual or restaurant setting is a plus, but not required - we're happy to train!

What You'll Do:

Greet Guests: Warmly welcoming every customer with a friendly attitude.

Order Assembly: Accurately taking food and drink orders, suggesting menu items, and answering questions about our offerings.

Handle Transactions: Processing payments efficiently and accurately using our POS system.

Food Preparation & Assembly: Assisting with light food prep and assembling orders to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keeping the counter area, dining room, digital fulfillment line and restrooms clean and organized.

Provide Excellent Service: Going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Teamwork: Collaborating with your teammates to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
