The Cook prepares food for service to patients, cafeteria, catered events, and vending machines.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepares and portions food for the cafeteria, catering, and patient food services.
Works patient service tray line to provide meals and the cafeteria.
Performs vending duties.
Provides service to catered events as scheduled.
Performs duties relevant to warewashing.
Education:
High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Two years of restaurant, institutional, or school food service experience is preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
None
