Coordinate with A/V teams for internal meetings
Keep common areas stocked and organized
Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed

Experience with multi-line phone systems
Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism
Strong communication skills and professional presence
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
Previous law firm experience preferred
