Housekeeper for Paradise Valley Household

We're looking for a reliable, experienced, and highly detailed housekeeper. If you have a knack for organization and love going the extra mile to create a beautiful and functional home environment, we would love to speak with you! As our Housekeeper, you will provide exceptional cleaning and organizational support for a 20,000+ square foot residence. The ability to manage tasks with ease and occasionally be flexible to accommodate the family's schedule are key to success in this role. Responsibilities: General housekeeping and cleaning including dusting, floors, bathrooms, and kitchen, organization and decluttering Laundry and garment care include washing of clothing and linens Inventory management (household supplies, event needs, etc.) Assist with occasional entertainment including event preparation, serving, clean-up Pet care: Two family dogs, feed and maintain dog run Meal planning and grocery shopping, kitchen management and light food preparation Identify and report issues requiring maintenance Vendor coordination: Accepting deliveries, receiving caterers and service providers, and special projects Skills and Abilities: Proactive, kind, and clear communicator Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail Able to work both independently as well as part of a team Willingness to be flexible with work schedules on occasion Trustworthy, and respectful of privacy and confidentiality Requirements: 2-5 years of recent, high-level housekeeping experience in a private home Excellent references from past employers Ability to pass full background and drug screening, eligibility to work in the United States, and able to speak, read, and write English Must have a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record and reliable transportation Other Information: Monday and Tuesday are needed every week and a third and (or) fourth flexible day are available. The preference is 12-8pm on M/Tues and any other day that the children will be home. Open to full and part-time applicants. Flexibility to work on an occasional evening and weekend for events or private dinner is highly appreciated No travel will be required
