un Wanted: Cleaner / Limpiador / Maid (East Harlem) 89St compensation: $25.00/hr. + tip for fast complete finish I have a cluttered and dusty 4 room apartment needing top to bottom removal of all dust and everything cleaned. It should be cleaned to a military standard, top to bottom, inside and out, every little crevice. If there is any question as to whether something should be done/cleaned, the answer is yes, so there's no need to ask. All old hardwood floors except bathroom has small amount of hard tile and some small area mats/runners. I'm looking to find a good regular person. The entire job should take one person, one day when everything is moved around and cleaned thoroughly. You can use my cleaning chemicals, but you must have your own cleaning equipment such as gloves, mask, googles. You will Not be an employee. You will be an independent contractor. Looking for someone to start immediately ideally right now, Or this Friday AM. After that, I'm looking for a regular person 2x/month (ideally 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every month) 10am-all day.
