We are a BUSY fine-dining Upper West Side restaurant with 41 years of history seeking candidates for immediate hire. Open availability is a must. FULL availability on both Saturday AND Sunday required. No exceptions.
Only hiring full-time positions. Prior experience in fine dining is preferred. All candidates applying should have at least two years of NYC serving experience, a thirst for knowledge, be dedicated and consistent employees, and embody the principles of hospitality.
Fluency in English, friendliness, speed, grooming, politeness, flexibility, and teamwork are essential qualities. Familiarity with TOAST POS is advantageous. Candidates must possess a working knowledge of Classic Cocktails and wines. Multitasking, quick memorization, and detail-oriented service are necessary attributes. A genuine sense of joy is highly valued. We value those looking to grow within the restaurant.
