Job Summary Are you the behind-the-scenes superstar who keeps things running smoothly? As a Banquet and Event Houseman , you're the magic makerthe go-to for setting the stage (literally!) for weddings, events, and special moments across our five gorgeous venues. This role is all about logistics, hustle, and teamwork. You'll help create wow-worthy experiences for our guests and ensure smooth operations for your fellow team members. What You'll Be Doing: (Heads upthis list isn't exhaustive, because neither are you!) Transform spaces by setting up tables, chairs, decor, and more for events big and small Keep guest areas, storage rooms, and back-of-house spaces clean, tidy, and looking sharp Take care of event equipment, tools, and supplies with care and responsibility Read and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) like a bossknowing the setup, the flow, and the feel of each event Be a team player and communicatorstay in sync with Account Managers, Event Leads, and fellow crew members Lead by example when supporting and motivating any assistants or team members on shift Manage and maintain inventory of china, glassware, silverware, and event essentials Be flexible, fast on your feet, and ready for whatever the day (or night) may bring What You Bring to the Party: At least 1 year of experience in banquet/events or food & beverage operations You're 25 or older with a clean driving record (we trust you with the van and gear!)
