We are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven, and service-oriented Facility Maintenance Technician to help maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of our one-of-a-kind property from upscale guest rooms and world-class venues to scenic trails and pools. What You'll Do + Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the resort, including venues, guest rooms, and outdoor spaces + Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve guest issues with professionalism and care + Perform a variety of tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool maintenance + Use ladders, lifts, and machinery safely and efficiently + Keep restrooms stocked, grounds clean, and facilities secure + Assist in building, deliveries, and general upkeep around the property + Ensure pool systems are maintained and chemicals are monitored + Support event teams and guest services with onsite needs + Manage inventory of supplies, tools, and fuel + Assist with preventive maintenance schedules and documentation + Be available for on-call emergencies, including after business hours + Help update Standard Operating Procedures and maintenance records + Lock and secure all facilities daily + Perform other duties to support any department when needed What You Bring + Proven experience in general maintenance, including: + Electrical, plumbing, irrigation, HVAC, carpentry, or construction + Operation of mowers, forklifts, sprayers, and power tools + Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset + Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision + Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work both indoors and outdoors + Flexibility in schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts + Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and teamwork + Professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards Why Camp Lucy? + Work in a beautiful, resort-style setting + Be part of a respected and growing hospitality company + Join a team that values integrity, craftsmanship, and camaraderie + Opportunities for growth, cross-training, and special projects + Resort and dining discounts, employee perks, and more Apply today to help shape the guest experience behind the scenes at Camp Lucy.
