Customer Service Specialist
Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in their efforts on a recovery-based project. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our business clients, providing support and resolving inquiries primarily over the phone. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage B2B relationships efficiently. This position will primarily be handling/placing outbound calls.
Compensation: Up to $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5pm On-Site
Location: Charlotte, NC 28269
Opportunity: 7 week contract with potential to be extended!!
Start Date: July 28th
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound B2B calls with professionalism and courtesy
Respond to client inquiries regarding products, services, orders, billing, and account status
Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
Log and track interactions in the CRM system accurately
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance, etc.) to resolve customer issues
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes
Provide product or service information tailored to the business client's needs
Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent related experience
1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong phone handling and active listening skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively?????
