Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*
What you'll be doing as aCashier:
Welcome customers, answer their questions, help them locate items, and provide advice or recommendations
Operate scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics
Balance the cash register and generate reports for credit and debit sales
Accept payments, ensure all prices and quantities are accurate, and provide a receipt to every customer
Process refunds and exchanges, resolve complaints
Bag or wrap purchases to ensure safe transport
Maintain a clean workspace
Input customer orders using an iPad in a fast-paced environment
Use a handheld ticket scanner to scan tickets for guests upon entry
Handle any ticket-related issues or discrepancies in a professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized ticketing and food booth area
Maintain clear verbal and written communication in English to ensure effective coordination with team members and supervisors
Available shifts:
Shift Timings:1st Shift (Day),2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends
Job requirements:
Customer service or cashier experience
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
High level of energy with strong customer service skills
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service
Attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints
Dress code strictly enforced, Branch will provide details and requirements
Background check and drug test required
