Making a difference in the lives of the residents we serve by providing them care and compassion. Operates telephone answering system, screens, and forwards calls, providing information, and taking messages Greets all visitors entering the building, and conducts temperature and pre-screening checklist Assists residents, family members, employees, and other visitors as needed Performs general administrative tasks such as word processing Receive and sort daily mail / delivery Reports any issues to Administration Other duties as assigned Acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping onboard new teammates. Must work effectively with team members in ensuring that work is accomplished, and quality care is delivered while supporting team members and celebrating team successes. Promote and communicate activities and events to residents, families and sometimes the whole community. Passionately motivate and serve all residents of varying cognitive and physical abilities.
