Location: Encino, CA, 91316 Start: ASAP Children: 3 Boys (17 year old & 14 year old twins) Compensation: Competitive, market-based rate (flexible for the right candidate) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Description: A warm and active Los Angeles family is seeking a consistent, proactive, and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Family Assistant to maintain a clean, organized, and well-run home, with occasional childcare support. This role is best suited for someone who is highly self-motivated, takes initiative, and thrives in maintaining order and cleanliness within a large household. The ideal candidate is calm, adaptable, and exceptionally organized, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to anticipate household needs without constant direction. Strong communication skills and a kind, respectful demeanor are essential, along with a good sense of humor and comfort around teenagers and large dogs. While occasional errands may be needed, the primary focus of this position is hands-on cleaning, laundry, and household organization . The right person will be able to create and follow routines, take ownership of their responsibilities, and maintain high standards without needing a daily task list. The home is full of energy, personality, and warmth, anchored by three teenage boys, each with unique qualities: A 17-year-old on the autism spectrum who enjoys acting, voice-over work, and video games, and is known for his straightforward and humorous personality; A 14-year-old extrovert who is social, outgoing, and passionate about musical theater; His twin, a thoughtful, sensitive introvert with a deep love for music and animals. The family also has two large, gentle dogs, so comfort with animals is important, though no pet care is required. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Housekeeping & Household Organization Daily hands-on cleaning with attention to detail (rotating schedule between main house and guest house; total 14,000 sq. ft.)
