Job Description

Our client has need for a Direct Hire, Assistant Building Maintenance Technician in the Mayfield Heights area.

- $37,000 - $41,000 ($18-22/hr.)

- Hours: 7:00am - 3pm, with some OT and rare on call hours

- East side of Cleveland suburbs

Responsibilities:

- General Repairs

- Preventative Maintenance

- Troubleshooting

- Facility Upkeep

- Lighting and Electrical

- Completion of work orders

Requirements:

- MINIUMUM of 2 years' experience with ONE EMPLOYER

- MUST BE A NON - SMOKER

- Background Check - 7-year lookback

- Good Personality
