Position Summary
As a Bellperson you will be the first and last impression for our guests. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their luggage, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities

As a Bellperson you will be the first and last impression for our guests. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their luggage, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
  • Assist guests with luggage, including loading, unloading, and transporting to and from guest rooms.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Answer guest inquiries and address their concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assist with valet parking as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift heavy luggage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Compensation/Job Classification

  • $17.95 per hour
  • Full-Time Position
  • Hourly
