Job Details THE NORTH FORK TABLE & INN IS HIRING FOR EXPERIENCED SERVERS & BACK SERVERS!JF Restaurants is a hospitality group rooted in collaboration and innovation, founded by restaurateur & Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser. We create moments that move people by using food, beverage, hospitality, and design.
The North Fork Table & Inn is nestled in between some of the areas greatest farms and wineries. Southold offers a great opportunity to enjoy vast outdoor spaces with a handful of beaches near by.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IS:- Experienced in working within an upscale/fine dining restaurant for a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Detail oriented, follows through and is able to multitask and prioritize needs while maintaining composure, focus and productivity
- Warm, friendly and an excellent communicator
- Able to work quickly and adapt on the go
- Passionate about providing guests with high-quality service
- Able to stand, walk, and/or sit for long periods of time and have the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Provide a friendly and caring experience for every guest that comes into the North Fork Table & Inn, upholding the restaurants hospitality standards
- Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Complete opening side and closing side duties thoroughly and efficiently as assigned
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned station and service area etc.
Please Note : North Fork Table & Inn is located in Southold, Long Island. We are very busy through the fall and winter. This is not a seasonal position. Housing available for the right candidates.

Compensation DetailsCompensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
