We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team for the University of Oklahoma football season. This position plays a vital role in helping us stock, organize, and distribute products related to OU game days and events. The ideal candidate will assist with inventory pallet down stacking, area stocks & re stocks, loading/unloading, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment to ensure were fully prepared for the high-energy football season.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize incoming product shipments
• Assist with stocking merchandise product orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks with care, ensuring proper handling of all items
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Assist with premium area restocking as needed
• Work closely with event team to prep materials for game days and setups
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Assist with any other general warehouse or event prep duties as assigned

• Qualifications:

• Must be dependable and punctual
• Able to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially on tight deadlines
• Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Prior warehouse or stocking experience a plus, but not required
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends during football season

• Schedule

• Seasonal position: August through December (potentially extended based on performance and needs)
• Hours may vary weekly depending on game schedule and inventory demands.
