Ford of Kirkland , the #1 Ford dealership in the Pacific Northwest , is actively seeking a dependable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver/Valet to join our service team. We take pride in providing an exceptional guest experience, and this position plays a key role in ensuring our customers are supported and cared for throughout their visit.

As a Shuttle Driver/Valet, you will be responsible for greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and providing safe and timely shuttle transportation to and from our dealership. Your professionalism and attention to detail will help enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to our outstanding reputation.

Automotive Shuttle Driver Job Responsibilities

• Safely drive customers to and from the dealership using the shuttle vehicle
• Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle and valet area
• Assist with general service drive support as needed (e.g., moving vehicles, organizing keys)
• Ensure yourself and the customers are abiding by all safety and traffic laws.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding pick-up/drop-off times
• Uphold dealership safety policies and customer service standards

Shuttle Driver/Valet Qualifications

• 1+ years of shuttle driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Great customer service.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be 18 years or older & have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.
