Food & Beverage Attendants concentrate on the health and safety of our guests and creating memorable experiences for them while visiting our park. Food & Beverage Attendants are responsible for interacting with guests, preparing food orders, maintaining clean work areas and equipment, and upholding company values.

CERTIFICATES, LICENCES, REGISTRATIONS : These positions require serving of alcoholic beverages. Team Member must successfully complete TIPS training and Responsible Vendor Class training or other required training concerning the storing, serving and handling of alcoholic beverages.
ON-THE-JOB TRAINING: 40 hours of on-the-job training is provided for this position.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other Team Members of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

- Provide an interactive guest experience by providing excellent customer service, food and beverage to all customers in a positive and outgoing manner
- Ensure all tables and seating area are maintained clean and condiment area is stocked
- Greet guests as they exit the exhibit area
- Take and prepare orders for guests
- Prep food items and ingredients for daily use and per guests orders
- Complete daily cleaning of work areas as well as cafe equipment to maintain an up to code work environment
- Prepare food for field trip lunches while attending to additional guests
- Complete opening, closing and health code checklists on a daily basis
- Organizing and clean all applicable areas where supplies are stored
- Operate various types of machinery relevant to the position
- Successfully track food waste and transfers on a daily basis
- Stock food and beverage orders upon arrival and follow FIFO methods
- Understand menu options and how food is prepared
- Performs other duties as assigned
