Industrial Cleaner Paint Booth Specialist

Do you take pride in a job well done and dont mind getting your hands a little dirty? We're looking for a high-energy, safety-focused Industrial Cleaner to help keep our Paint Booth Stations spotless and running smoothly. If you're not afraid of a little paint overspray and enjoy operating cool equipment, this role could be a perfect fit.

What You'll Do:

• Scrub and shine Paint Booth Stations and surrounding areas using approved industrial cleaners and consumables.

• Remove paint overspray from windows, stairs, ceilings, and concrete surfaces using safe, effective chemicals and supplies.

• Help out on project-based deep cleansyes, that means lifting and removing heavy metal floor grates (don't worry, we'll train you!).

• Operate a variety of industrial cleaning equipment including pressure washers, hydraulic scrapers, and more.

• Pitch in when teammates are outthis could include replacing filters or working in tight spaces.

• Keep an eye out for any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs and report them to your supervisor.

• Communicate any work or scheduling issues directly with your supervisor or management.

• Attend regular safety trainings and team meetings to keep your skills sharp.

• May be required to lock or unlock doors as part of shift responsibilities.

What You Bring to the Team:

• A strong work ethic and an eagle eye for detail.

• Comfortable working in hot, dirty, or confined spaces (don't worryproper PPE is provided!).

• Physically capable of climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Great at understanding and following written and verbal instructionstraining is ongoing.

• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

• Able to successfully complete safety training courses, including:

  • Ladder Safety

  • Confined Space Safety

  • Lockout/Tagout Procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, crouch, kneel, crawl, and use hands/arms for extended periods.

• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs safely.

• Good vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

• This role may involve exposure to noise, dirt, industrial chemicals, and, occasionally, hazardous waste materials (e.g., Hepatitis B, AIDS).

• Noise levels are typically moderate, and all safety procedures are in place to keep you protected.
