Receptionists are responsible for greeting and registering patients, as well as scheduling and confirming appointments. Answering phone and conducting key office duties to ensure the efficiency of the office. This may include verifying Insurance, introducing patients to the office, making patient follow-up calls, collecting payments, and other various front office duties. Strong communication skills, and organization are vital.
- Greeting and registering patients.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Answering the phone with excellent patient service skills.
- Preferred Experience (but not necessary) with Dental P.P.O. Insurances and other types of Dental insurances.
- Insurance Verification.
- Patient follow-up calls and other front office duties.
