Part Time Janitor

Cleaning and light maintenance, including but not limited to:
Clean restrooms, vacant spaces, common areas and grounds
Emptying garbage cans
Water flowers and plants
Salting and snow removal
Mopping/sweeping/vacuuming
Other tasks as assigned by maintenance supervisor or building manager
Job Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Cleaning and maintenance experience preferred
Weekends required
Ability to take initiative
Ability to maintain friendly and professional attitude at all times
