1228 Main by Wolfgang Puck is seeking passionate, polished, and professional Servers to join our front-of-house team. Located in the heart of Las Vegas, 1228 Main offers an elevated, all-day dining experience that blends the warmth of a neighborhood cafe with the excellence of a world-renowned culinary brand.

Position Summary:
As a Server, you will deliver exceptional hospitality and seamless service in a fast-paced environment. Were looking for team members who are upbeat, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about creating a memorable guest experience. A strong ability to guide guests through the menu and confidently upsell food and beverage offerings is essential to this role.

Schedule:
Morning, afternoon and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and build rapport to ensure a welcoming dining experience

• Guide guests through the food and beverage menu with enthusiasm and expertise

• Confidently upsell featured items, desserts, and specialty beverages

• Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently

• Ensure tables are properly set, maintained, and cleared in a timely manner

• Collaborate with hosts, baristas, and kitchen team to ensure smooth service

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold all health and safety standards

• Handle POS transactions and guest checks accurately

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant

• Strong communication, sales, and guest service skills

• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor

• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

• Morning and afternoon availability required; must be available on weekends
