Greet guests who approach all bar area immediately with a smile and warm hospitality, embodying Nice and Amazing Service.

  • Demonstrate Passion and Commitment by rapidly and accurately taking food and beverage orders and using selling maximizations for every guest.
  • Create a unique and amazing experience for guests by possessing full knowledge of bar and menu items and being able to make recommendations.
  • Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements, 21 or older, for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
  • The company policy is serving max 3 drinks for one guest.
  • The bartender must check ID every time serving drinks.
  • The bartender must take food orders from the tables in the lobby area, this area is the bartender responsibility.
  • Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for server orders, patrons of the bar, lobby and lounge following standard recipes.
  • Clean as you go including glasses, utensils, bar equipment, and bussing tables.
  • Implement alcohol service and safety training, including but not limited to the following: ensuring that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only, not over serving an intoxicated guest, and do not hesitate to ask for management intervention if necessary.
  • Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar.
  • Keep management up to date on inventory levels.
  • Wash and sanitize all stemware.
  • Process all payments correctly and promptly to ensure they have a smooth transition.

  • Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist.
  • Complete all opening, mid and closing procedures- including but not limited to side work.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress towards completion required. It is your responsibility to complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate. In addition, you must complete the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.

Must be 18 years of age with 1+ years of Bartender experience.

Servsafe or equivalent food handling certificate.

Language Ability:

Possess good public speaking, listen effectively, and respond clearly and directly.

Speak fluent English, with Spanish is a plus.

Math Ability:

Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.

Reasoning Ability:

Identify problems, gather relevant data and note possible causes of problems. Evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives and reach conclusions based on evidence. Take action beyond what is necessarily called for. Perform under pressure and/or opposition.

Personal Skills:

Possess excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management. Establish goals, budget time and set priorities to achieve desired objectives all while maintaining a smile and positive attitude.
