Our Company is in Newport Beach we are a waterfront Mobile Home Park & Marina. We are looking for a maintenance technician who is reliable, punctual, well-mannered, and respectful. You would work along our other maintenance technician and property managers.
Candidate must be hardworking, have a valid CA driver's license, legally able to work, able to pass a drug screening and background check and drive a reliable vehicle.
Experience in the Following is a plus:
Technical skills (electrical, plumbing, and HVAC)
Painting
Drywall Repair
Basic Carpentry
Flooring
General Repairs and Installation
General Cleaning throughout the Facilities
Respond to Work Orders Promptly
Other Requirements:
Great Customer Service aptitude
Trustworthy
Good listener and learner
Works well with others
Good communication skills and can take direction well
Not afraid to get dirty
