Buffet Servers and Dishwashers Needed for SMU '25 Football Season

A+ Staffing is hiring experienced hospitality staff for the SMU 2025 Football season. Join our dynamic team of event professionals will support Game Day operations at the Stadium Club (premium suites) and at the Training Table (collegiate athlete dining area) . We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

Positions include:

Buffet Servers duties include setting up chafers and service areas, replenishing food and beverage stations, cleaning buffet and service area and other duties as assigned. Previous food service experience is required.

Utility Workers - duties include bussing dirty dishes, washing dishes, glassware, utensils and cookware (possibly by hand), emptying trash and other tasks as directed. Previous experience operating a commercial grade dishwasher is required.

Shift times are TBD, but most shifts are 8-10 hours. Please be flexible and available the entire day for all dates listed below.

A current TABC and Food Handlers license is required for all Buffet Servers.

PAY: Buffet Servers - $20.00 per hour, Utility Workers/Dishwashers - $22.00 per hour

Requirements:
Current TABC License and Food Handler Certification at the time of your interview and maintain throughout the season (Buffet Servers only not needed for utility workers).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring an enjoyable and memorable experience.
