Janitor/Housekeeper

We are need of an honest janitor housekeeper with good organization skills. We have two buildings, a shop, an office and a condo, all in need of regular cleaning and some organizing.

You must work as an employee, no contractors, no cash payments. Benefits include two weeks vacation, health insurance and 401(k) pension. You must have references and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background test. Spanish ok but must speak some English.

Must be good worker.
