Position Overview:

As a Pool Service Team Member, you'll be responsible for ensuring our pool area and cabanas run smoothly and guests are treated to top-tier hospitality. You'll work alongside bartenders, servers, and spa attendants to create an inviting, clean, and seamless environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations:

• Greet and seat guests, offering towels and menus upon arrival.

• Collect room/membership numbers to open tabs.

• Assist guest by taking orders and assisting with food & beverage delivery.

• Maintain cleanliness: pre-bus tables, empty trash, sweep, and tidy the patio.

• Restock essentials: ice, towels, utensils, water stations.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Prior hospitality or pool service experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods.
