Server Assistant

Hells Kitchen Miami is an upscale, high-energy restaurant inspired by Michelin-starred Chef Gordon Ramsays iconic television series and global dining experiences. Located in the heart of Miami, our menu features bold and elevated signature dishes like lobster risotto, wagyu meatballs, and sticky toffee pudding, all served in a vibrant and theatrical atmosphere.

We are currently looking for a Server Assistant who brings energy, attention to detail, and a guest-first mindset to our front-of-house team.

The Server Assistant must have:

• A strong work ethic and commitment to creating a clean, polished, and welcoming dining environment.

• A positive, professional attitude and the ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.

• Clear communication skills and a strong team-player mindset.

• A desire to support the guest experience by assisting wherever needed.

• Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and professionally.

• Assist servers with water service, bread service, and delivering additional items to guests.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas.

• Polish and restock silverware, glassware, and other service tools.

• Communicate effectively with servers and hosts to manage table flow and guest pacing.

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times.
