Location: Edison, NJ (Fully On-site)

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21 Per Hour

We are seeking a professional and reliable Administrative Assistant / Receptionist for a fully on-site role in Edison, NJ. This position offers consistent hours, exposure to a professional office environment, and long-term potential for the right candidate.
Core Responsibilities:Perform daily morning data entry , starting with basic input and progressing to more advanced tasks
Handle mail processing and distribution , including accurate logging
Maintain reception coverage , greeting all visitors in a professional manner (especially during lunch hours)
Answer and route incoming phone calls (single-line phone system)
Manage the conference room calendar (booking/scheduling)
Support ongoing administrative projects and office tasks
Serve as a first point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff
6 months to 2 years of experience in an office, receptionist, or customer service role
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Planner)
Reliable transportation and daily onsite presence
Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn
Professional demeanor with business casual attire
Social media presence must reflect professional standards
Experience with Microsoft Planner
Background in data entry
Previous experience in a client-facing or receptionist capacity
Join a team of ~10 core staff within a 25-person unit
