Role Description This is a Part-time, on-site role for a Hotel General Cashier located in Pasadena , CA. The Hotel General Cashier will be responsible for handling daily cash transactions, verifying cash amounts, preparing daily deposits, and maintaining accurate records. This role also involves reconciling cash at the end of each shift, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring adherence to cash handling policies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. This role also includes answering phones promptly, reconciling gratuities, Bank depositing, handling petty cash, providing change to staff, Batching invoices as well as other accounting relating tasks as directed by GM. Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling daily cash transactions, preparing deposits, and maintaining records
• Experience in financial reporting and reconciling cash
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
• Experience working in Hotels
• Experience in Fosse required
• Experience in Toast is a plus
• Experience in QBO is a plus
• Experience in Excel
