CREW MEMBER:
At Hot Harry's, we serve fresh made-to-order burritos, tacos, quesadillas, andmore. Salsas and recipes made from scratch daily. Also serving breakfast andSaucy Wings.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Crew Member prepares and serves food and drinksto customers following established guidelines, procedures, and policies forfood and beverage safety controls as prescribed by company standards. He or sheinteracts with customers and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professionalmanner and rings guest orders, collects cash, and processes credit chargesfollowing company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate for this position can work aflexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. FluentEnglish speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills,and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for thisposition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greets allcustomers with a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.

Operatesthe complete POS system and other required software

Accepts responsibilityand accountability for his or her money drawer

Ensures that work areasare clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored

Complies with andenforces all safety policies and procedures

Takes orders, preparesand serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communicationskills, verbal and written

Point-of-sale (cashregister) and credit or debit card processing skills

Able to bend, kneel,squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed

Able to work days,evenings, weekends, and holidays

Follows company recipesand procedures
