Responsibilities

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding service, maintaining guest relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Your ability to upsell menu items and handle cash transactions efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our establishment

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the GemPOS system

Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience

Upsell food and beverage items to maximize sales opportunities

Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining presentation standards

Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours
