What youll do
Comply with all Henkel Safety Standards and Safe Work Practices Including PPE, LOTO, and Electrical Safety.
Make autonomous repairs, adjustments, or modifications to machinery with exceptional craftsmanship and consistency.
Use hand tools and select power tools to fabricate, disassemble, diagnose, and repair equipment and systems.
Thorough execution of daily preventative maintenance tasks with reliable closure in the CMMS system along with any applicable follow up work orders or parts requests documented.
Reliable execution of CIL and PMs on supporting safety equipment for hazardous areas.
Solid knowledge in compliance processes within the facility inclusive of, but not limited to, wastewater treatment, reverse osmosis system tasks and mechanical integrity inspections.
Understand and own documentation completeness and accuracy, recognizing status as a legal document.
Support Emergency Response Team by responding to and assisting during plant evacuations/emergencies
Ability, once trained within the site, to operate PIT and scissor lifts upon need.
Confined space entry, upon completion of training required.

What makes you a good fit
High School Graduate or Equivalent.
Vocational School or Technical Secondary Education a Plus.
Intermediate skill and knowledge for repairing mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and routine electrical problems
Certification, Formal Training, Apprenticeship, or Education in a Mechanical Discipline Preferred
Overall work experience 3-7 Years.
Knowledge of HVAC/refrigeration preferred.

The salary for this role is $25.00 - $40.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
