Maintenance Engineer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to manage mechanical systems, including large commercial equipment and rooftop HVAC units, across various commercial buildings. The role involves maintenance duties at office buildings in downtown areas. MULTIPLE OPENINGS 2 techs needed at Ward Parkway - comes with company truck Ward Parkway KCMO 2 techs needed downtown Main St KCMO 1 tech needed at East Park - comes with company truck 104th St. KCMO 1 tech needed at South Park - Corporate Woods, Overland Park (Corporate location) Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Manage and service rooftop HVAC units and commercial building equipment. Ensure the operational efficiency of chillers and other facilities maintenance tasks. Conduct maintenance duties at office buildings located downtown. Essential Skills Experience with HVAC systems and facilities maintenance. Knowledge of building systems, chillers, and HVAC equipment. Hands-on maintenance experience with commercial HVAC units. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1+ years of experience in maintenance of commercial HVAC units; 3+ years preferred. Experience with chiller and boiler systems preferred but not required. EPA Universal or Electrician's journeyman card Why Work Here? This role requires a professional appearance as candidates will be operating in a business setting. The position includes shifts from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Two technicians will be needed at Ward Parkway, two in downtown Kansas City, MO, one at East Park, and one at South Park, KS, each location offering a company truck for work purposes. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Overland Park, Kansas with work locations around the KC area. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $62400.00/yr. they offer health, vision and dental benefits.
