Maintenance Mechanic

This Maintenance Mechanic position will be maintaining, reparing and troubleshooting electrical and mechaniclal systems.
Required to maintain all equipment for production and to generate electricity for the facility.

Responsibilities:
Performing rebuilding and fabrication.
Working with electric switches, fuses and circuit breakers.
Diagnose and troubleshooting issues.
Follow food safety and food defense guidelines.
Document and perform preventive and predictive maintenance.

Working hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Skills:
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems and operation.
Assist with installation of equipment. Start ups and shut down in complicance with OSHA safety requirements.
Use of instuments such as ammeter, megger, voltmerter and wattmeter. As well as food grade lubrication.
Welding experience.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
2-3 years working in facilities or project management
Industrial Electrician License
Knowledge working with current and voltage characteristics
Experience troubleshooting PLC's.
