Were currently seeking a hardworking, reliable, and experienced Bar Back to support our bar operations and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

As a Bar Back, youll be the backbone of the bar teamresponsible for keeping the bar fully stocked, clean, and organized to allow bartenders to serve guests efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, ice, garnishes, and other bar supplies throughout service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar equipment and storage

• Remove trash, recyclables, and dirty glassware during shifts

• Assist bartenders during busy service by prepping garnishes and bar tools

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

• Support team with opening and closing duties

• Communicate effectively with bartenders and management

• 1+ year of bar back or similar experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods of time

• Fast-paced, team-oriented mindset

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Knowledge of basic bar tools and terminology a plus

• Must be at least 18/21 years old (based on local alcohol laws)

Compensation: Hourly ($12.00 - $13.00) plus tips
