About the role:

The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Host/ess to join our food & beverage team. Our host/ess greet and seat guests while coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policies. Maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant while recognizing the maximum workload capacity of each server. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

• strong knowledge of food & beverage and customer service
• Strong interpersonal and team player skills
• Work authorization in the United States
