Seeking a skilled and experienced building maintenance technician for residential and commercial properties to perform skilled trade duties in the operation, maintenance, and repair of buildings and related facilities and systems.
At least 4-5 years experience is preferred. Performs skilled maintenance work on residential and commercial properties including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC responsibilities. Available on call 24 - hours for emergencies and responds to emergency situations, evaluating damage and necessary steps to protect company property.
Compensation determined based on knowledge and experience.
