Automation Personnel Services is looking for a R eceptionist for a well-established local company based in Gulfport. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for answering multi-line phone calls, transferring calls to the correct department, greeting clients, and other related administrative duties. Pay Rate
$16.00-18.00 per hour depending on experience Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday 8 :00 am to 5:00 pm. Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities

• Answering multi-line phone calls and directing visitors to the correct office/ department.
• Processing bills and helping customers with questions about services.
• Organizing files for billing, client records, reports, etc.
• Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
• Communicate with vendors regarding any problems or issues with materials, delivery status, etc.

Receptionist Qualifications and Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience
• Excellent v erbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees.
• Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly.
• Time management skills to prioritize and complete clerical tasks throughout the day.
• Business-like professional with great interpersonal skills
