What Youll Do- Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains, and moreusing recipes and your taste buds.
- Rotate across stations: garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, and packout.
- Discuss menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients with guests to deliver a memorable meal.
- Support teammates during peak and off-peak service by pitching in wherever needed.
- Maintain an A grade by following NYC Department of Health and DIG safety standards.
- Model professionalism and uphold our anti-discrimination and harassment policies.
- Passion for real, good food and willingness to learn culinary techniques.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and move throughout shifts (accommodations available).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented attitude and attention to detail.
- $16.50 - $18 / hour depending on experience + $2-3/hour in tips + MORE BENEFITS!
