Miz Kathis Cotillion Southern Cafe in Wildwood, FL is hiring professional, high-energy servers to join our team! Were a Southern scratch kitchen known for warm hospitality, made-from-scratch food, and a loyal following.
This position is primarily for NIGHT SHIFTS (3pmclose) with the opportunity to also work private events, off-site catering, and cross-train as a cashier at our bakery (Miz Kathis Southern Sweetery) to earn extra income.
If youre reliable, great with guests, and looking to grow with a family-owned restaurant group we want to meet you.
Position: Server
Location: Wildwood, FL (Main Cafe + Magnolia Room Event Space + Sweetery)
Shifts: Mostly Evenings (TuesSat), with opportunities for event and weekend catering shifts
Pay: $7.98/hr + tips (total avg. $20$35/hr). Extra pay available through event service and bakery cashier shifts.
What You'll Do:
Provide top-tier service in a friendly, efficient manner.
Guide guests through our Southern-style rotating menu.
Handle high-volume sections with confidence and grace.
Assist with side work and closing duties.
Be ready to jump in for private events, catering, or bakery cashiering if needed.
What Were Looking For:
Evening availability is a must (TuesSat from 3pm until close).
Server experience preferred, especially in full-service or busy restaurants.
Team player with a positive attitude and great guest rapport.
Quick learner, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Must be able to stand for long periods and handle fast-paced service.
Opportunities for Extra Income:
Event Staffing in our private event space (The Magnolia Room) weddings, teas, showers, and more.
Catering Staff for off-site events with tips + higher hourly pay.
Cross-train at Miz Kathis Southern Sweetery as a bakery cashier flexible daytime hours for extra shifts.
