Full-Time Receptionist
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Candidate should arrive a little before 6:00 AM to ensure readiness for patient arrivals)
No weekends, no holidays, no on-call responsibilities

Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and professional Full-Time Receptionist to join our front office team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, playing a vital role in delivering a warm, efficient, and organized patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Check-in and check-out patients, ensuring accuracy in demographic and insurance information
- Collect co-pays and process payments
- Coordinate with clinical and surgical teams to support smooth patient flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist required
- Demonstrated reliability and longevity in past employment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
