Food Service Worker 3 hours per day

Education and/or Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); previous experience with large-scale cooking and food preparation/serving. Maine Department of Education Criminal History Record Check eligibility required.Duties and Responsibilities: The responsibilities outlined below are representative and do not encompass or define all tasks that may be required by this position.Assists with quantity food preparation;Assists with the cleaning of the kitchen and cafeteria area;Assists with the daily cleaning of all kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions are met; Sets up and breaks down serving lines (salad bar, hot food, ala carte etc.);Operates cash register, dishwasher, meat slicer and other food service equipment; andCollects money, makes change, completes related reports.
