THE JOB:

Bavettes Steakhouse is seeking a skilled and passionate Fine Dining Cook to join our culinary team. This role is responsible for preparing and executing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, upscale kitchen environment. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in classic cooking techniques, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in every plate served.

THE STARTING RATE: $ 25.7018

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain solid knowledge of menu, plate presentation, food products, and skillfully apply culinary techniques

• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment

• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service

• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation

• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service

• Work as a team, assisting all guests' needs and inquiries

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 1 year or more of prior relevant cooking experience
