ADMINISTRATOR/RECEPTIONIST - CPA firm seeks professional Administrative Assistant with excellent computer skills in Word and Excel. Qualified candidate will be responsible for preparation and typing of documents to include: letters, tax returns, and spreadsheets. Additional duties include general office support work such as: recording, maintaining records, copying, supply orders, filing, tax assembly, telephone reception, and greeting guests.

Successful candidate has strong organizational skills, punctual, excellent phone and communication skills, professional appearance, and the ability to work independently. Position is Monday thru Friday 8 am - 5 pm. Some OT required in January, April, & October. Position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
