This posting is for the Head Door Person position in a high-end, high-rise property located in Coronado. This position assists the General Manager with the day-to-day administration and customer service tasks for the front desk.
Estimated Start date is 9/2/2025.

Job Description and Duties:
Provide general helpful service for phone calls and email correspondence.
Draft clear and precise letters and notices to residents.
Provide exemplary customer service on issues pertaining to maintenance requests, communication, and access control.
Perform follow-up with work orders.
In charge of the scheduling of front desk staff.
Coordinate all incoming/outgoing resident changes.
Train front desk staff on all new procedures.
Report daily to the General Manager.
Be up to date on all governing documents, rules & regulations, contracts, etc.

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Professional level writing proficiency
Professional level proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office
Ability to safely lift packages up to (25) pounds

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bilingual a plus
Prior employment in hospitality or Community Association Management.
Public Speaking
Conflict resolution and de-escalation
Multi-tasking
Professional writing and verbal communication

Salary range is $55,000 to $65,000 plus based on experience.
