We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender with at least 1 year of experience to join our team in Michigan. The ideal candidate will be skilled in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment .

Key *

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with standard recipes

Take orders directly from guests or wait staff

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Verify age of customers and ensure responsible alcohol service

Handle cash and process transactions accurately using a POS system

Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere

Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed

Comply with all food and beverage regulations (state and local alcohol laws)

Assist in opening and closing procedures of the bar

Minimum of 6 Months to 1 year of bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting

Must be at least 18 or 21 years old (depending on Michigan local laws)

Basic knowledge of mixology and drink recipes

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight

TIPS or Serv Safe Alcohol Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
