Job Details Risbo is an elevated fast-casual rotisserie restaurant with a full bar in the heart of Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. A French Rotisserie is first and foremost a rotisserie a la broche on the spit. We roast all of our meats on a spit, in true tradition, to bring a little French flavor to Brooklyn cuisine. This type of spindle turning, where the meat is marinated and roasted, allows us to offer you high-quality cooking. We offer a multitude of dishes and meats on the spit, featuring roasted chicken, leg of lamb, pork shoulder, duck, and whole branzino.We are looking for a LINE COOK.
4 year minimum experience.
FULL TIME position (40h per week)
Attractive schedule with early close. 3pm-11pm (we close the kitchen at 10pm)
5 days a week. Schedule T uesday-Saturday (3pm-close)
$25/hr, Paid Vacation. Free Meal

Skills required:
YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO MAKE: a soup, a stew, a jus, a stock, a vinaigrette, a mayonnaise, etc
MUST BE ABLE TO FOLLOW RECIPES
Ability to work at a fast pace with accuracy and efficiency.
Multi-tasking is a must.
High level understanding of cooking temperatures (Rotisserie Protein)
Keeps space clean and organized as directed
Set up line and work area efficiently
Knowledge of food preparation and ingredients
Efficient knife skills
Fast learner
Works well with others
Finds flow in repetitive actions
Food Handlers certified
Must be proficient English speaking
Must have weekend availability.
