We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Busser to join our fine casual dining team. As an essential part of the front-of-house, the Busser supports seamless service and contributes to creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests.
Position Summary The Busser plays a key role in maintaining the pace and flow of service. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong sense of teamworkall while upholding the high standards of hospitality expected in a fine casual setting.
Key Responsibilities
Clear, clean, and reset tables swiftly and with care
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room and service areas
Support servers and runners by replenishing water, clearing used items, and delivering necessary items to tables
Ensure service stations are fully stocked and organized at all times
Assist with dining room setup and breakdown before and after service
Communicate clearly with the FOH team to help ensure smooth service flow
Adhere to sanitation and safety guidelines at all times
Respond to guest needs with professionalism and warmth
Qualifications
Prior experience in a restaurant environment preferred, especially in a high-volume or fine casual setting
Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be able to lift, bend, and remain on your feet for extended periods
Flexible schedule with availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
