- Serve all food and beverages to banquet guests.
- Preparing and servicing beverages for banquet events.
- Assist in setting up the banquet table.

- Provide assistance to banquet managers in the serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience.
- Provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service to guests during banquet/catering functions.

- Clean commissary area and banquet areas.
- Assist bar station in setting up, serving and cleaning up after banquet functions.
- Assisting in serving, setting-up, and clean-up of all banquet functions.
- Serving at a large banquet.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service standards.
- Apply high guest service standards.
- Serve food and beverages to banquet guests.
- Set up/tear down of banquet, tables, chairs and place settings.
- Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements.
- Ensure proper tabulation of banquet checks and that checks are reviewed with guests.
- Coordinate the delivery of all food and beverage for the guest during visit to the banquet room.
